Laminated Windshield 2.1/1.6 mm and 2.1/2.1 mm Manufactured in Estonia for the Automotive Aftermarket

This Environmental Product Declaration (EPD®) describes the environmental impacts of 1 kg of Laminated Windshield and its packaging manufactured in Estonia and to be used in the automotive aftermarket.
This EPD is a combination of two laminated windshields produced in the same plant in Estonia. The first windshield has a configuration of 2.1/1.6 mm and the second one has a configuration of 2.1/2.1 mm glass thickness.
The two windshields are composed of one Saint-Gobain Glass PLANICLEAR® and one Saint-Gobain Glass TSA3+® glass sheets. The two sheets are bonded together using a sheet of standard PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral).
PLANICLEAR® is a basic soda-lime silicate glass produced using the float procedure.
TSA3+® is a body-tinted soda-lime silicate glass produced using the float procedure.
