Calcareous Limestone Aggregates - Latomia Latouros Limited (Latouros Quarries)
Calcareous limestone aggregates are produced from a naturally occurring sedimentary rock body quarry. They are excavated with mechanical means (or by means of blasting in some cases), crushed and screened into the required sizes and washed if needed. The aggregates covered in this EPD are materials produced by Latomia Latouros Limited and more specifically in Dali (Nicosia district) in Cyprus. The aggregates under study are:
- Crushed Calcareous Limestone Sand 0/4mm (washed)
- Mixed Crushed Calcareous Limestone Sand with Crushed Diabase Sand 0/4mm
- All-in aggregate 0/12mm
