Inpipe Freeliner
Inpipe FreelinerInpipe glass fibre-reinforced polyester liner, free from styrene and bisphenol.
We make products for the shaft-free repair of pipelines, a method also called no-dig, relining or stocking. Inpipe Liner is made of several layers of corrosion-resistant fibreglass and polyester and is soft, flexible, and easy to handle during installation in trenchless renovation of drains, road culverts, or other types of pipes (alt. sewage pipes, gravity lines, pressure lines, and road and railway culverts).
Inpipe Freelliners are available in SN1 to SN7, depending on diameter, Ø150 mm – Ø600 mm. With our fibreglass-reinforced polyester liners and our installation method, a soft and malleable liner is inserted into the pipe. The liner is inflated with compressed air and cured in place with UV light, creating a new strong tube inside of the old one. Our method saves up to 80% of the cost compared to digging up and replacing the pipe. An Inpipe liner is designed for a standard service life of 50 years, while the expected service life is 100 years or more.
