Integrated Turnout System with fixed nose crossing

An Integrated Turnout System (ITS), containing track support, track, actuation system, locking device, detection device and switch heating system. The design is modern with cast austenitic manganese crossing with fixed nosed that allows the rolling stock to switch tracks with optimized safety and comfort. The ITS is adapted with base plate less solution, modern lubrication free solution.
