Integrated Turnout System with swing nose crossing for highspeed line

An Integrated Turnout System (ITS), containing track support, track, actuation system, locking device, detection device and switch heating system. The design is with swing nose crossing allows the rolling stock to switch tracks with optimized safety and comfort at high speed. The ITS is adapted with base plate less solution, modern lubrication free solution and swing nose crossing composed of manganese cradle with replaceable movable point to optimize the turnout lifetime.
