Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Reinforced Panel

This Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) examines EGE Gaz Beton's reinforced AAC panel product produced at the company's single facility located in the İzmir province of Türkiye. The manufacturer produces reinforced AAC panels with densities ranging from 500 to 600 kg/m³. For the purpose of this EPD, the selected dry weight of the product is 500 kg/m³. Consequently, life cycle assessment (LCA) analyses have been conducted for this specific weight at both production sites. The content declaration is provided as intervals due to confidentiality reasons.

Panels are produced in 3 different types: as horizontal wall panels, flooring panels and roof panels. They are produced as reinforced items with different measurements and combinations as class G3/05, G3/06 or G4/06. Lintels are reinforced items used on top of the doors and windows in the constructions. The bearing length of support must be usually minimum 15 cm. For the lintels longer than 120 cm, the bearing length of support must be 20 to 25 cm.
