Alpha Hemihydrate Base (from natural gypsum)

Alpha Hemihydrate Base (from natural gypsum), or Alpha HH Base (natural), is a high-strength, unformulated hemihydrate plaster (CaSO4.1/2H2O) produced from naturally occurring high-purity gypsum mineral. It is white in colour.

Saint-Gobain Formula’s Alpha Hemihydrate Base (from natural gypsum) is a product group derived from natural gypsum using the alpha calcination process at Saint-Gobain Formula, Newark; they are differentiated by their average particle size.
