Formica® Compact®PROTEC+ 4mm (Formica Asia)

Formica® Compact® PROTEC+ is a decorative high-pressure compact panel suited for high-impact and high-moisture environments. The decorative layer consists either on a decor paper impregnated with thermosetting melamine resin or a dry printed decor paper with an impregnated overlay. The core layers consist of kraft paper impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin.

It is also part of Formica Asia’s Next Generation Surfacing Materials range of surface decorative products and is made with innovative technology and manufacturing process.

The product is made from high-quality decorative papers with the utilization of antimicrobial properties of silver (Ag+), consolidated with specially selected core papers fused together under heat and high pressure.

This next-generation antimicrobial surfacing material shows a reduction in microbe count on a surface by up to 99%, with high wear- and scratch-resistant properties. This high-performance range is created for protection throughout its lifespan, for hygienic surfaces for you and your family. Formica® Compact® PROTEC+ products are intended for application as interior vertical or horizontal surfaces such as restroom partitions, lockers, wall cladding, counters and table tops.
