SYSTEM 2000 VW – SOLID WALL PARTITION SYSTEM

Flexible, modular solid partition wall system with high levels of sound insulation.

The supporting substructure consists of floor and ceiling-mounted profiles that hold supporting steel mullions. The elements on both sides are wood-based panels with a range of surface coating options (melamine, HPL, veneer, etc.) that are inserted into the mullion construction. The cavity between the two wall shells is insulated with mineral wool. The wall thickness is 100 mm, or 125 mm where requirements for sound insulation and/or statics are higher. 

The ease of replacing the element types (glazing, solid wall, absorber) and the variety of door types that can be incorporated (solid, aluminium frame, fully glazed, flush-bonded glazing) mean that the system is extremely flexible and adaptable.
