SYSTEM 2300 – STRUCTURAL DOUBLE-GLAZED PARTITION WALL SYSTEM

Flexible, modular double-glazed partition wall system with high levels of sound insulation.

The supporting substructure consists of floor- and ceiling-mounted profiles that hold supporting steel mullions. The glazed elements on both sides are single-pane or laminated safety glass panes that are glued with a two-component adhesive onto an aluminium frame that runs around the rear and inserted into the mullion construction. The wall thickness is 100 mm, or 125 mm where requirements for sound insulation and/or statics are higher. 

The ease of replacing the element types (glazing, solid wall, absorber) and the variety of door types that can be incorporated (solid, aluminium frame, fully glazed, flush-bonded glazing) mean that the system is extremely flexible and adaptable.
