Individual verifier application

Become an individual verifier in the International EPD System

Since the publication of the first EPD in the International EPD System (IES) in 1998, tens of thousands of EPDs have been published with the support of more than 150 dedicated individual verifiers.

Each autumn, the IES Secretariat opens an application round for skilled LCA experts interested in joining the system and supporting the continued growth of EPDs. Experts who meet at least the minimum requirements outlined in Section 5.10.1 of the General Programme Instructions (GPI) are encouraged to apply. Only individuals who have been reviewed, officially approved, and onboarded by the Secretariat are authorised to perform EPD verifications within the IES.
