Under Sleeper Pad (RBG-USP) from devulcanised rubber

The Under Sleeper Pad RBG-USP is specially designed for application under concrete sleeper for ballasted track. It is made from a thermomechanical devulcanization process followed by a vulcanization process with a non-woven layer for an assembly into wet concrete during the production process of the sleeper. The main material used is post-consumer rubber waste coming from the retreading of aircraft tires. The RBG-USP product is also 100% recyclable and part of RubberGreen effort for circular economy and complete the recycle loop: Recycle, Re-Use, Re-make, Repeat.
