Industrial Floor Hardeners

This is an average product EPD for ISOMAT industrial floor hardeners and covers two different products:

• EXTRA-TOP
• EXTRA-TOP CR

EXTRA-TOP is a pre-mixed mortar containing quartz aggregates and special admixtures used onto the fresh surface of industrial floors, providing high abrasion and impact resistance. It is used in those applications where high mechanical strength is required. It is applied to cement-based substrates like concrete or cement screeds. It is suitable for industrial units, basements, auto repair shops, machine shops, car parks, warehouses, loading and unloading areas, etc.

It is certified according to EN 13813, classified as CT-C70-F7-AR2. CE marked.

EXTRA-TOP CR is a pre-mixed mortar containing corundum, quartz aggregates, and special admixtures for hardening the surface of new industrial floors. It offers very high resistance to abrasion and impact. It is used in applications where high mechanical strength is required. It is applied to cementitious substrates like concrete or cement screeds. It is suitable for industrial units, basements, auto repair shops, machine shops, car parks, warehouses, loading-unloading areas, etc.

It is certified according to EN 13813, classified as CT-C80-F10-AR1. CE marked.
