Precast concrete products

Hardened concrete products with or without armament. Content of the precast concrete product is made to customer specifications which means that there are virtually no identical products. The parameters that can vary include: 

· Amount of cement (14-20w%) 

· Amount of steel reinforcement (98% recycled steel, 0-4w%) 

· Size and dimension of the product 

Typical products include: 

- Balcony & attic corridors, mostly delivered for rent + condominiums 

- Foundation elements, such as plinths for larger properties 

- Stairs, both indoor and outdoor use 

- Gray wall, for example interior walls 

- Slack-reinforced floor slabs, delivered to high-rise buildings, or mezzanine 

- Retaining wall elements are used for many outdoor projects where ground is to be raised / lowered 

- Pillars, both for indoor use and outdoor use 

- Beams that are usually manufactured for roof constructions.
