FERROSITA® aplicaciones ligadas

Befesa Zinc Aser is dedicated to the material recovery of the dust generated in electric arc furnace steelworks, recovering the zinc it contains for its reincorporation to the market that, otherwise, would have to be extracted from mining natural resources. In this recovery process is obtained, among other products, Ferrosita®. Ferrosita® is a product composed mainly of iron oxides, lime, and silica. Its physical, chemical, and mechanical characteristics make it suitable for some applications. One of these applications is related to its use as a secondary aggregate in the construction industry, both in bound and unbound applications.
