Precast concrete balcony slab

Balcony slabs are produced massive or lightened of various widths and lengths. The walking surface is non-slip, made using special matrices or rolling in production. The ceiling surface is smooth, and on lightened balconies ceiling surface has edges. Balconies have inserts for fixing the handrails. The balcony connection to the building does not have a cold bridge due to a special solution. Depending on the design solutions, balconies can also be glazed.
