Fjärrvärme från Sjölunda värmepumpar
SHP (Sjölunda Heat Pumps) was built in 2016-2017 and consists of 4 heat pumps of 10 MW / pc that extract heat from purified wastewater, which would otherwise go out into the sea. The wastewater temperature into SHP varies over the year but is usually about 14 degrees and out of SHP about 7 degrees.
The district heating network in Malmö began to be built in the 1950s and today has 12,000 connected customers. The pipe type varies and consists of isoform, concrete culvert, ACE culvert, PVC culvert, flex pipe and PEH. Dimensioned temperature: 120 degrees
