Acoustic Ceiling Panels

Acoustic Ceiling Panels (Versa-Tile) - is made up of an aluminium extrusion frame with plastic track inserts. The fibreglass insulation is then cut to size and laid within the frame. Finally, the whole panel is covered using the chosen fabric, it is stretched across the face of the panel wrapped around the aluminium frame and tucked into the plastic track at the back of the panel. The panel is then installed using a wire suspension system, hinge and push latch or magnets dependant on what is feasible and the clients required finish.
