ALUMINIUM PROFILE

Extruded aluminium profiles manufactured from aluminium alloys for building and industrial applications. Depending on their intended use and required performance, the profiles may be supplied with a mill finish (rough), lacquered or anodized surface finish, either with or without a thermal break (RPT – Ribbed Polyamide Thermal Break). Rough profiles are supplied without additional surface treatment or coating. Lacquered profiles are finished with a powder-coated surface to enhance corrosion resistance, durability and decorative appearance, while anodized profiles undergo an anodizing process that forms a protective oxide layer, improving corrosion and wear resistance. Profiles incorporating an RPT thermal break provide enhanced thermal insulation performance. Accordingly, the product range comprises rough profiles, rough RPT profiles, lacquered profiles, lacquered RPT profiles, anodized profiles and anodized RPT profiles.

6. ANODIZED RPT PROFILE: Thermally broken (RPT) extruded aluminium profile with an anodized surface finish, combining enhanced thermal performance with superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.
