Wood fiber insulation panel Pavaflex Confort 36 - 38

Pavaflex is a semi-rigid wood fibre insulation panel manufactured by Pavaflex, a subsidiary of Soprema. The panels are produced from wood chips sourced from sawmills and forestry residues, combined with bi-component fibres and fire-retardant additives. The product is designed as a sustainable insulation solution with a homogeneous composition and 15 different thicknesses between 40 and 270 mm.

Pavaflex panels are intended for use as thermal insulation in building envelopes. Typical applications include pitched roof insulation between rafters, intermediate floor insulation, external wall insulation between battens on masonry or timber frame, and loft insulation. The product contributes to improved thermal performance, acoustic comfort, and indoor climate regulation in both new construction and renovation projects.

The product provides a thermal conductivity (λ) of 0.036 and 0.038 W/(m·K) and is classified as Euroclass E for reaction to fire. Panels are manufactured with square edges for easy installation and cutting on site.
