Adhesion promoter for concrete, screeds, cured bituminous substrates, tiles, plaster and for damp substrates, for subsequent coatings with cement and resin formulations. When applied, the product is permeable to water vapour and impermeable to water, and permits subsequent coating with epoxy resin, polyurethane or elastic sheaths.
