Fine Fire Clay (FFC) Ceramic Sanitary Ware

This EPD covers an average Fine Fire Clay (FFC) sanitary ware product manufactured by Bartın Seramik Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş. under the Quarter Bath brand at its facility in Bartın, Turkey. The products are made from mineral-based raw materials including clays, fire clay (chamotte), quartz, kaolins, feldspars, calcite, dolomite and ceramic additives. Production is carried out through controlled processes: slip preparation, casting, drying, glazing, high-temperature firing, finishing and packaging. The products are intended for indoor installation in residential, commercial and public buildings and are characterized by high durability, dimensional stability, water resistance and chemical resistance. They comply with applicable sanitary ware standards and have a typical technical service life exceeding 10 years under normal use conditions.
