EPS SILVERPOLY

The SILVERPOLY family from Polyplast Hispania includes three EPS panels for thermal insulation. They are made entirely of expanded sintered polystyrene with graphite additives. The key feature of Silverpoly panels is the combination of EPS polymer and a natural carbon – based organic product, namely the graphite. This material substantially modifies the material thermal conductivity improving the insulation performance. Its use is essential as barrier to heat exchange. Lightweight, impact-resistant, easy to handle, thermally insulating and, above all, breathable, it is no coincidence that these panels are the most widely used for external insulation. Their production process ensures a rough surface that is ideal for the adhesion of all components of the external insulation system. Thanks to the characteristics of EPS with graphite additives and regardless of the insulation thickness, the thermal conductivity remains constant and guarantees very high levels of thermal insulation allowing for a reduction in thickness compared to other insulation materials for external insulation systems.
