Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting
The product range comprises stainless steel pipe fitting having excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability, and stable mechanical performance across a wide temperature range. These fittings are widely used in construction, food processing, medical equipment, aerospace, and oilfield applications.
The manufacturing route employs the investment casting process. The sequence begins with wax pattern fabrication, followed by ceramic shell building through repeated slurry dipping and stuccoing. After dewaxing, the shell is fired to achieve adequate strength, and molten stainless steel is poured. Once solidified, the castings are shaken out, cut off from the runner system, and ground to remove burrs.
Subsequent machining operations include drilling, chamfering, reaming, thread cutting, and tapping to meet dimensional tolerances and connection requirements. Surface finishing consists of shot blasting, heat treatment, and final cleaning. Each fitting is individually subjected to hydrostatic pressure testing and a comprehensive final inspection covering visual, dimensional, and material verification prior to packaging and dispatch.
