RIOPLY Pine Plywood

The RIOPLY Pine Plywood line produced by Madeireira Rio Claro covers both coated and uncoated pine plywood produced in thicknesses 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 21mm, 24mm, 25mm, 27mm, and 30mm. It includes plywood sheets made with sustainably sourced Pine wood on both their external surfaces and internal layers, glued with moisture-resistant phenolic resins. The plywood’s face and back are composed of selected pine veneers. The panels feature uniform thickness and are sanded on one or both sides. In specific types of plywood, the edges can be sealed with rubberized paint for moisture protection. In the case of the coated plywood line (Film Faced Premium RIOPLY), a phenolic film is used for coating. The manufacturing process for both coated and uncoated panels of different thicknesses is the same, differing only in the application of edge sealant on certain specific types, and in the application of the phenolic film, used solely in the Film Faced Premium RIOPLY product. The proportions of wood, resin, and wheat in the final product vary according to the panel thickness.
