C-Floor epoxy-based coatings for flooring
This EPD covers a set of four epoxy-based bicomponent coatings for flooring.
C-FLOOR PRIMER E135 AP (7F-136+7F-137) is a bonding promoter primer for glazed surfaces such as tiles and ceramics, linoleum, rigid polyester fiber, pickled and galvanized steel. C-FLOOR PRIMER E135 AP can be applied on horizontal and vertical surfaces and has excellent behavior in hot and humid environments.
C-FLOOR SEALER E140 (7F-141+7F-142) is a sealer and binder for porous and inconsistent substrates, used in self-levelling mortar systems, trowelled mortars, colored silicas and other solvent-based finishes. It can also be used as a binder in the preparation of levelling and filling mortars and for coving screeds, allowing for seamless transitions between floor and wall.
C-FLOOR PRIMER E150 DP (7F-151+7F-152) is a primer especially developed for cement-based substrates with a high content of surface moisture, suitable for a wide range of schemes: epoxy, polyurethane, polyaspartic and polyurea. C-FLOOR PRIMER E150 DP reduces the problems associated with osmotic backpressure and can be used on vapor barriers and cement-based smoothing mortars.
C-FLOOR E400 SL (7F-401+7F-402/7F-403) is a multi-purpose epoxy coating suitable for application on concrete floor surfaces as a self-levelling mortar, high-thickness compact mortar, or paint. When used in conjunction with appropriate silicas, it can also be applied as an anti-slip system.
These products are bi-component coatings and must be applied in the proper ratio. In the following table it is possible to identify the proper mixing ratio and the resulting density of the mixture.
