Pure-Al®

Pure-Al® is a pre-painted aluminium coil developed and manufactured by AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s. The product is manufactured from recycled aluminium feedstock and is intended for the production of vehicle registration plates. 

The product covered by this EPD is supplied as a pre-painted aluminium coil with a nominal thickness of approximately 1.0 mm. The material combines high recycled content with good formability, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties suitable for embossing and further processing.

Production includes scrap preparation, melting, continuous casting, rolling, recrystallization annealing and finishing operations. Following production at AL INVEST, the material undergoes coil coating, slitting and packaging operations by an external processing partner.
