Portland Pozzolana Cement
Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) is valued for its superior durability, enhanced workability, and lower heat of hydration compared to Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC). The pozzolanic reaction between fly ash and calcium hydroxide supports gradual strength gain, reduces permeability and increases resistance to chemical attack, sulphates, and alkali–aggregate reactions. PPC delivers adequate compressive strength, strong cohesion with aggregates and steel reinforcement and dependable setting properties. Its long-term performance is marked by reduced shrinkage, improved finish ability, and suitability for both structural and non-structural concrete applications.
