Heat exchangers for air heating with steam

The dryer is designed to heat air with steam. Fitted in the units or in air channels and intended for vertical steam transfer. The design conforms with the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU. 

The weight ranges from 10 to 450 kg, while a representative weight of 32 kg was used for the reference model. 

General features:

• The construction consists of a fin block, headers, and casing.

• In the fin block, the zigzag-arranged tubes are mounted together with the corrugated fins to provide maximum efficiency.

• The heat exchanger is designed for vertical steam flow.

• All connections are provided with external pipe threads or welding connections (SS-EN ISO 228-1).

• Low pressure drop on the air side

• The material can be combined in different variants.
