H07Z1-U / H07Z1-R / H07Z1-K power cables with HFFR insulation

The declared products include halogen-free insulated copper cables of the H07Z1-K, H07Z1-U and H07Z1-R types. The conductors are made of copper and comply with EN 60228: H07Z1-K uses class 5 flexible conductors, while H07Z1-U and H07Z1-R use class 1 or class 2 conductors. The cables are insulated with halogen-free thermoplastic/polyolefin compound, type TI 7 according to EN 50363-7, with H07Z1-K also specified as UV resistant. Core identification is in accordance with EN 50525-1. The products are manufactured according to the applicable cable standards EN 50525-3-31 and, where relevant, IEC 60227. Halogen-free performance is assessed according to EN 60754-1 and EN 60754-2, while the reaction-to-fire classification under the Construction Products Regulation is declared according to EN 50575 and EN 13501-6.
