Engineered Quartz Slabs from ARL Infratech Limited

The product covered by this EPD is engineered quartz slabs manufactured by M/s ARL Infratech Limited, composed of approximately 93% ground quartz and 7% polymer resins, pigments, and additives, produced using BretonStone technology. The slabs are intended for interior construction applications, including countertops, flooring, wall cladding, and similar architectural uses in residential and commercial buildings. The product provides mechanical strength, durability, and resistance to staining and abrasion, with a reference service life (RSL) of 75 years, subject to appropriate installation and maintenance. The product does not significantly influence operational energy use in buildings. Due to its durability, it may contribute to reduced replacement frequency over the building life cycle. The product is intended for interior use and is not recommended for prolonged exposure to outdoor weathering or extreme temperatures unless specifically designed for such conditions.
