SPARTAN UK Green Steel

Spartan UK produces hot rolled reversing mill steel plates with a thickness ranging from 12 to 205 mm, maximum width of 2100 mm. Plates are available in lengths up to a maximum of 20m. The maximum weight of a single plate is 22 tons.

Hot rolled reversing mill steel plates can be supplied in the as-rolled, normalised by rolling, furnace normalised, normalised and tempered, or annealed condition. This EPD represents a production-weighted average across all of these finished conditions.

Steel plates produced by Spartan UK have intended uses as structural steels, steels for pressure purposes, heat treatable steels, alloy steels and free cutting steels.

Steel plates where applicable are produced in compliance with the Construction Products Regulations EU 305/2011, AD2000 W0, The Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and The UK Highways Agency Sector Scheme NHSS3B.
