Vertex Core Prime combines two complementary fibre types within a single turf system: the Core Prime high performance bi component monofilament fibre featuring an inner core made from 40% ISCC certified recycled polyethylene, paired with exclusive single extruded fibrillated fibres. This configuration delivers a high pile weight system offering long lasting performance, excellent resilience, and effective infill encapsulation, ensuring stable and consistent play characteristics over time.

In the Origin Technology™ version, the turf system is manufactured entirely from thermoplastics, significantly enhancing its recyclability at end of life. The traditional latex backing is replaced with an innovative PE copolymer coating film, partially produced from recycled fibre waste, contributing to reduced environmental impact and supporting circular material loops.
