Nichiha EX Series (Japan Market) Manufactured at the Nagoya Plant

Nichiha EX series panels are fibre cement sheets that are used for exterior and interior wall material. The panels have been pre-finished using a durable multi-layered paint process to simulate a range of textured finishes. Furthermore, by utilizing wood-based raw materials, this product contributes to environmental sustainability through carbon sequestration.

The manufacturing process consists of raw material supply (A1), transport (A2), and manufacturing (A3). The primary raw materials—cement, wood chips, and additives—are mixed, molded into boards using a press machine, then cut and painted. The finished products are stacked on pallets, packaged, and shipped to construction sites. Scrap materials generated within the factory are crushed and reused as raw materials. Additionally, a portion of the offcuts from construction sites is collected and recycled back
