PET Fleeced Primary Backing

PET Fleeced Primary Backing is a woven polyester (PET) fabric used as a primary backing layer in carpet systems, including carpet tiles and multi-coloured carpet constructions. Its primary function is to provide dimensional stability and structural support during carpet manufacturing and throughout the service life of the product. The product consists of a woven polyester substrate combined with a fleece layer. The fleece component contributes to surface coverage and additional functional properties within the carpet system. The product is manufactured from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin and fibers, with minor additive components. It can be used in carpet constructions composed entirely of PET materials to facilitate material compatibility within single-polymer systems. The product is supplied in roll form.
