Glass Front re:make + 4mm lam

Glass Front re:make + 4mm lam is an interior glass partition systemmanufactured using reclaimed, refurbished, and dimension-adapted 10 mmlaminated glass panels from previous installations, which are upgraded throughlamination with a newly manufactured 4 mm glass layer. The product isdesigned to support circular construction while allowing specifi c performancerequirements to be met through the controlled addition of new material.

In this version, reclaimed 10 mm laminated re:make glass panels are fi rst cut tothe required dimensions. A new 4 mm glass layer is then laminated onto thereused laminated glass, forming a 10 + 4 mm laminated glass panel. Afterlamination, the glass is ground and edge-fi nished to ensure the required safety,quality, and visual properties for interior use.

The laminated glass panels are mounted in 40 mm aluminium profi les fi xed tothe fl oor, ceiling, and, where required, vertically to adjacent walls. The panelsare joined using transparent joint tape, resulting in a clean and minimal visualappearance while providing good structural stability and eff ective soundinsulation.

Glass Front re:make + 4mm lam off ers functional and aesthetic performancecomparable to a newly manufactured laminated glass partition system, whilesignifi cantly reducing the use of new primary glass by retaining and upgradingexisting high-quality laminated glass panels. The additional new glass layerenables increased total thickness, stiff ness, or acoustic performance whererequired.

The system is confi gured using standardized module dimensions and can becombined with compatible door solutions within the re:make range. At the timeof delivery, Glass Front re:make + 4mm lam has a substantially lower climatefootprint than systems manufactured entirely from new glass and is designedfor future disassembly, reuse, and continued circularity.
