Flyash Blended Cement manufactured at Pinkenba
General Blended Cements - GBF (FAB)
Portland cement blended with 25% fly ash. GBF provides improved workability with increased durability while still retaining the strength of General Purpose Cement. FAB cement also displays reduced alkali-silica reaction with increased resistance to sulphate intrusion. Fly ash Blended Cement is widely used in road stabilisation and general construction. Other fly ash blends of varying blend ratios can also be produced on request. Wagners Cement’s main fly ash source is the Millmerran Power Station situated some 230 kilometres west of Pinkenba.
