L’LIOS 610-650 Wp N-Type Topcon 16BB Bifacial (Glass to Glass) Solar Photovoltaic Module

The Rayzon N-Type TOPCon bifacial (glass-to-glass) solar photovoltaic module is designed for photovoltaic electricity generation. Each module incorporates 132 half-cut N-Type monocrystalline Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) bifacial solar cells and is available in a nominal power output range of 610–650 Wp, with module efficiency of up to 24.08% under Standard Test Conditions (STC: irradiance of 1,000 W/m², cell temperature of 25°C, and air mass AM 1.5).

The module utilizes N-Type monocrystalline TOPCon cell technology incorporating a tunnel oxide and passivated contact structure, which reduces carrier recombination and supports high conversion efficiency. N-Type cells are characterized by low susceptibility to light-induced degradation (LID) and light- and elevated temperature-induced degradation (LeTID). 

The module incorporates 132 half-cut bifacial solar cells arranged in a glass-to-glass configuration. The half-cut cell design reduces current in each cell string and contributes to lower resistive losses during operation, while the bifacial configuration enables electricity generation from both the front and rear surfaces depending on installation conditions and reflected irradiance, with a bifaciality factor of 80% ± 10%.

The module incorporates high-transmission, anti-reflective coated low-iron semi-tempered glass (2 mm thickness) on both sides and co-extruded polyolefin elastomer (EPE) encapsulant with resistance to ultraviolet exposure and potential-induced degradation (PID). The product dimensions are 2382 × 1133 × 35 mm, with a nominal mass of 33.5 kg excluding packaging, and the module incorporates a 35 mm anodized aluminium alloy frame (6005-T6), IP68-rated split junction boxes with bypass diodes, and MC4-compatible connectors.

The product is designed to withstand mechanical loads of 5,400 Pa on the front side and 2,400 Pa on the rear side and is suitable for operation within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The module supports system voltages up to 1,500 V DC and a maximum series fuse rating of 35 A. The nominal operating cell temperature is 45.08 ± 2°C, and the temperature coefficient for maximum power is -0.2827%/°C.

The module is designed for long-term photovoltaic electricity generation and incorporates material and design features intended to support operational stability and product durability. The product is certified in accordance with applicable IEC and BIS standards, including IEC 61215, IEC 61730, IEC 62804, IEC 61853, IEC 61701, IEC 62716, and IS 14286. Manufacturing activities are conducted under certified management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). The product is intended for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale photovoltaic applications.
