Press Aluminium Profile

Extruded aluminium press profile manufactured from aluminium alloy billets, produced in defined cross-sectional geometries for structural and architectural applications, and delivered according to customer-specified technical and dimensional requirements. Mesan Metal manufactures 1000 and 6000 series aluminum profiles using its four extrusion press lines. This alloy group is reinforced with magnesium (Mg) and silicon (Si) elements and, thanks to its high extrusion capability, excellent surface quality, and superior corrosion resistance, has a very wide range of applications. Mesan Metal primarily uses 6060, 6063, and 6082 alloys in extrusion production. These alloys provide high mechanical strength along with easy workability and good surface quality. Each alloy is supplied in accordance with the international EN 573-3 and EN 755-2 standards and undergoes chemical analysis control prior to production. The aluminium extruded profile is engineered to serve as a lightweight yet durable component used in a wide range of structural and functional applications.
