Fleeced Secondary Backing

Mattex Fleeced Secondary Backing is a woven polypropylene fabric used as a secondary backing layer in carpet systems. Its primary function is to provide dimensional stability and mechanical support to the finished carpet product during installation and use. The product consists of a woven polypropylene substrate combined with a fleece layer. The fleece component contributes to surface coverage and additional functional properties within the carpet system. The product is manufactured from polypropylene resin with minor additive components and is supplied in roll form.
