Tyre Bead Wire

The product being tested is a Tyre Bead Wire with a diameter ranging from 0.78mm to 2.00mm. It is made from high-carbon steel wire rod (Grade 72A/82A). The main purpose of the product is to strengthen the beads of tires, which makes sure that the tires fit securely on the rims and that the structure stays stable. The product is mostly made of high carbon steel (more than 95%), and a thin layer of bronze (Cu–Sn alloy, 0.05–0.17 microns) is added to help it stick to rubber. It is mostly used in tyres, automotive, and commercial vehicle applications around the world.
