Armatherm 500

Armatherm™ 500 is a high-density structural thermal break material designed to reduce energy loss from thermal bridging in building envelope connections. Made in the USA from thermoset polyurethane, it supports structural loads ranging from 20 psi to 2,150 psi. Its closed-cell structure prevents water absorption and minimizes creep under load, helping to reduce heat flow, energy use, and the risk of condensation.
