Sandwich roof panel with PUR/PIR core, thickness between 100 and 120 mm, and double steel facings

Insulated roof sandwich panels are building envelope elements. They consist of two external metal facings in sheet steel enclosing an insulating core. This EPD considers sandwich panels with an insulating core of expanded polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR), with thicknesses ranging from 100 to 120 mm.

The metal sheets are made of steel, shaped by profiling, and protected against corrosion through galvanization and pre-painting. The declared insulating panels can be used for the roofs of industrial, commercial, civil, livestock, food, and healthcare buildings. They are lightweight, versatile, and easy to install, providing thermal and acoustic insulation, strength, airtightness and watertightness, as well as fire safety.

Piva Group offers a very wide range of sandwich panels, with different thicknesses, colors, and surface finishes, enabling customized and innovative design solutions.
