evercare® XP Standard OP-Gowns, sterile, REF: 2517
The evercare® XP Standard OP-Gown, sterile (REF 2517) is a medical device designed as a garment providing a barrier against transferring microbes, skin particles and body fluids between the user and the patient in the operating room. The intended user is the Health Care Professional. The gown is classified as a standard variant intended for dry surgical procedures, with no or very limited exposure to fluids. It is manufactured from nonwoven SMS material (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) and treated to be antistatic and alcohol-repellent. The nonwoven material is composed of polypropylene. The gown features fastening elements, including tie belts at the torso, a cardboard neck closure and cuffs at the wrists. The garment is assembled by joining the front and back panels using ultrasonic sealing, while the cuffs and shoulders are sewn. This surgical gown is a single-use device, sterilized using ethylene oxide (EO) gas.
