Energy generated at Odal wind farm

Odal wind farm is a wind power plant located in Nord-Odal municipality, just east of Minnesund and Mjøsa, on the border between Innlandet and Viken counties. The power plant consists of a total of 34 wind turbine shared between 2 different areas. 11 turbines are located on the Engerfjellet area, while the other 23 are located on the Songkjølen area. Odal wind farm is one of Norway's most modern facilities, with 217 meters-high turbines, and is expected to be the 5th largest power plant in the inner side of the country. With an installed output of 160 MW, the wind power plant will produce approximately 531.5 GWh annually, enough to supply 33,000 households with renewable electricity. Odal wind power plant is jointly owned by the following companies. Akershus Energi Vind (33.4%), Cloudberry (33.4%) and KLP (33.2%).
