Utilizing high-frequency welding technology, we produce Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes with a consistent, high-strength weld and no added fusion material. The resulting smooth finish and precise dimensions ensure maximum reliability for structural use and fluid transport. Produced through a precision helical forming and double-sided submerged arc welding process, our Spiral Submerged Arc Welding (SSAW) pipes deliver reliable performance for critical fluid conveyance and structural projects. The spiral seam construction provides enhanced flexibility in diameter and wall thickness while ensuring 100% weld integrity through nondestructive inspection.

Our pipes are manufactured from a variety of high-quality raw materials, including hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and pre-galvanized (pre-zinc) steel coils. These materials are precision-processed through roll forming and advanced welding techniques.
