Steel Panels with Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Insulation

Cintac’s polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulated steel panels provide a construction solution for roofing, façades, and cladding in construction and infrastructure projects. In addition to thermal insulation, these panels hold FM (Factory Mutual) certification in compliance with standards 4880, 4881, and 4471, meeting stringent requirements for fire performance, resistance to environmental elements such as high-speed winds and hail, and high standards of quality control and traceability for each component.

All the products evaluated in this study feature PIR insulation, two steel sheets with a nominal thickness of 0.5 mm, and are coated with polyester paint.
