HDG Steel Structures
HDG Steel Structures (hot-dip galvanized steel structures for multi-purpose hall buildings - complete steel framework of the hangar, including legs, trusses, tension members, gable posts, and othercomponents). Steel structures are produced in conformity with the EN 1090 standard; structural steel and steel components as well as for kits placed on the market as construction products. It also covers steel components used in composite steel structures. Steel components can be used directly, in construction work, or as structural components in the forms of kits. The EN 1090 standard does not cover components for suspended ceilings, rails or sleepers for use in railway systems. Thus, these product types are not comprised by this EPD. Steel structures are manufactured from different steel components. They may be produced from sections/profiles with various shapes or flat sheets. The process requires electricity and gases. These steel structures are cut, drilled, and assembled according to customer’s drawings, welded with welding wires and galvanized. Constructions are produced in various sizes and shapes. Detailed technical data is delivered with every product delivery with a declaration of performance (DoP).
