Dryseal Ultra

DRYSEAL ULTRA is a multifunctional water-based product with crystallizing and repellent action. The protective properties of DRYSEAL ULTRA are derived from three active chemical principles that combine repellent technology, impregnating technology (hydrated crystals), and deep penetration waterproofing technology (hygroscopic crystals). The product penetrates into pores and capillary porosities thanks to its low viscosity and, by chemically reacting with moisture and cement hydration by-products, creates an exceptional protective system. This system is composed of a compact and dense repellent cortical crystalline formation and two crystallizing formations that penetrate and seal the cortical part of the concrete, waterproofing it in depth, restoring it, and thus increasing its durability. A single application is sufficient to form an internal, non-film-forming barrier that waterproofs the concrete, protecting it from water penetration, aggressive chemical agents such as sulfates, chlorides, CO2, alkali-silica reaction (ASR), and freeze-thaw phenomena. DRYSEAL ULTRA reactivates inside the concrete mass whenever new moisture phenomena occur, creating a perennial protection mechanism.
