TEKNOPRIMER 2949-21 is a water borne industrial primer for the treatment of wooden balcony parts. It is a highly 

protective, robust and easy to use primer for softwood and hardwood. It can be applied by flow coat or dipping 

(manual or automated). The product is available in factory tinted white shades, or can be supplied as bases for onsite tinting. Pretreatment is required for wood substrates not meeting Durability Class 3, EN 350:2
